Located just outside downtown Portsmouth, the Wentworth-Coolidge Mansion has a rich and varied past. Today, the Wentworth-Coolidge State Historic Site seeks to recognize both its historical and artistic legacy. The Mansion is an active historic site, with tours, lectures, and other events designed to honor the rich history of the Mansion. The site also pays tribute to the Coolidges’ dedication to the arts with an art gallery and art classes.
