The New Hampshire Farm Museum is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to preserving and promoting NH’s rural heritage. On the 50 acre museum grounds are a blacksmith shop, a shoe shop, a cider mills, 2 amazing farms, a country store, and the family cemetery. New Hampshire Farm Museum
The Plummer homestead is now the home of the New Hampshire Farm Museum. The museum is open to the public for workshops, lectures, guided tours and special events.
The museum maintains a collection of sheep, livestock and chickens representative of those found on a 19th-century New Hampshire farm. The New Hampshire Farm Museum acquired this property in 1993 and is developing an educational farm.
Various attractions available for exploration at the New Hampshire Farm museum include; The Historic Jones House, The Great Yellow Barn Hunt, farm animals from chickens to goats, and a variety of annual events.
Be sure to explore their annual Community Supported Agricultural Program and buy shares to feed your family fresh local produce.
