Historic Prescott Park in Portsmouth is a scenic riverfront park that offers an ideal stroll and presents numerous photo opportunities. Prescott Parks sits on 10+ acres of land with views of the Piscataqua River. The land for the park was donated to the City of Portsmouth by two sisters, Josie and Sarah Prescott in 1940.
