In a Reader Survey conducted by SKi Magazine, Bretton Woods won one of the coveted “Top Resort” awards. New for the 2012-2013 season – The Mount Stickney expansion is now accessible by life service. With thirty additional acres of glading fun, Mount Stickney welcomes the Telegraph T-Bar and warming cabin. Now, hard core adventureres can play in the glades as long as they want without having to return to base lodge at the end of each run.

Cannon Mountain, the locals’ best kept secret, is happy to announce improved snowmaking capabilities on Upper Cannon and Paulie’s Forge, new groomers, an increase to the power at Cannonball Quad, and a slick new tuner in the repair shop. Local discounted tickets are available until mid-December.

New to Loon Mountain for the 2012-2013 season – The welcomed addition of not one, but two, family-focused terrain parks; Lil’ Stash and Burton Riglet Park. The 100-acre South Peak expansion continues to thrive and the mountain now boasts a 150% increase in snowmaking capabilities, making Loon one of the top East Coast resorts, according to Ski Magazine. New services and amenities at Loon include the Hearthside Cafe in Octagon Lodge and a $9 million renovation to the Mountain Club on Loon.
