This NH State Park is Pet Friendly. Located about seven miles east of Errol and two miles west of Upton, Me. on the south end of Umbagog Lake. The park is open from Memorial day weekend through Columbus Day weekend and campground reservations can be made by calling the toll-free phone below. A small fee (around $4) is charge to use the park per adult. It is not uncommon to view local wildlife; birds, osprey, moose, bear, deer. The base campground has direct beach access to the lake, canoe, kayak, rowbaot and motorboat rentals, a camp store, flush and pit toiletes and coin operated showers.
