Lunch at Miller’s – what delightful fare. The cobalt blue sky and the sounds of rushing water from the Ammonoosuc River set the stage for “lunch on the deck” – this is casual outdoor dining at its finest. If you have not yet discovered Miller’s Cafe & Bakery (Formerly known as Millers Fare) – you are in for a treat. This White Mountain New Hampshire restaurant has been serving lunch since 1999. Every day, every item is made from scratch. From soups, to wonderful salads, hearty sandwiches and delicious homemade pastries – David Eyler and the fine staff at Miller’s Cafe & Bakery does it right. All this good cooking and baking has not gone unnoticed. The Boston Globe found Miller’s Cafe & Bakery and wrote “.. A delightful lunch and coffee spot”, Discerning Traveler added “Great sandwiches, soups, salads and bakery items.” We could not have picked a more perfect weather day for our visit, so we headed for the outside deck with our soft drinks in hand. Our lunch arrived – some of the most delectable goodies on the planet! The pasta pesto salad was fresh and delicious. It was a mixture of pasta, grilled chicken breast, feta cheese balls, fresh grape tomatoes, onions, and dressing. Wonderful! The sandwiches here are equally superb. All are made fresh on premises. One of the special desserts here is a flourless chocolate cake that will bring a smile any chocolate aficionado. Another nice thing about visiting Miller’s Cafe is the free wireless internet access that is available. Bring your laptop in and catch up on your email (or browse nhliving.com) while you enjoy a leisurely lunch. When you do, please tell them that NHLiving.com sent you. By the way, Millers Cafe & Bakery also does catering, bakes whole desserts for take-out and has group pricing available. Thanks, David Eyler (pictured photo on right) for bringing lunchtime magic to Littleton. We hope you’ll take the time to find Miller’s Cafe & Bakery, off of Main Street, on 16 Mill Street in Historic Downtown Littleton. “A delightful lunch and coffee spot…” – Boston Globe “Great sandwiches, soups, salads, and bakery items.” – The Discerning Traveler “Imaginative…Miller’s makes lunch a special occasion.” – New Hampshire Magazine “Super soups, great salads, sandwiches, and desserts worth the calories.” Miller’s Café & Bakery inns | hotels | resorts | rentals | attractions | dining | real estate
