Cannon Mountain Ski Area in Franconia, NH features a 70-passenger aerial tramway, 3 quad lifts, 3 triples, 1 wonder carpet, and 2 rope tows. Full and half-day rentals are available on adult and children’s equipment. Downhill, telemark, snowblade, snowboard, and helmet rentals are available.
Getting There: Cannon Mountain is located about 150 miles north of Boston MA. From the south, take I-93 north through the notch – until becomes the Franconia Parkway. Take Exit 2 for the Tramway Base Lodge, or Exit 3 for the Peabody Base – the main entrance.
